From welcome drinks at 6:30pm through to the last dance — here's how the evening unfolds.

  1. 6:30pmArrival and Welcome DrinksDoors open. Grab a welcome drink, find your table and say hello before the night gets going.
  2. 7:00pmSeatedA welcome from Taylor Wimpey, Louie's opening film, and host Alfie Joey walking us through the evening — followed by Heads & Tails to get things started.
  3. 7:30pmMeal ServiceYour three courses are served, sit back and enjoy.
  4. 8:45pmFamily StoriesThe heart of the evening. Hear directly from the families Louie's has supported, and what you being here tonight makes possible.
  5. 9:00pmLive Auction18 lots up for grabs, from signed shirts and getaways to once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Take a look at what's up for grabs ahead of time and come ready to bid.
  6. 9:30pm - 11pmLive BandThe mOObs take over for the rest of the night, playing modern indie classics from The Killers, U2, Arctic Monkeys, Fleetwood Mac, Foo Fighters, Queen, Coldplay, Sam Fender, and Benson Boone. Get up and dance it out.
  7. MidnightFinishCarriages at midnight. Thank you for being part of it — and for everything you've helped raise.

What to Expect on the Night

Step into the circus
The circus starts the second you walk through the door. Our stilt walker and fire breather will be working the room before you've even sat down, and you'll spot our magician mingling throughout the evening too.

Carnival Games
Fancy your chances? Have a go on our carnival games throughout the night, and collect a stamp on your card every time you win. Whoever's collected the most stamps by the end of the night takes home a Ninja Creami Deluxe.

Wheel Spinner Tombola
Spin our tombola wheel for a chance to win prizes on the spot, from bottles and gift vouchers to gift sets.

Beat the Clock

Get in the Picture
There'll be two ways to grab a photo on the night. Our instant print photo booth, snap it, print it, and take it home with you, or the 360° camera, perfect for gathering your table together for one big, silly pose.

Our photographer will be busy all night, so we're relying on you too. Snap a photo, tag us on social media, and you'll be in with a chance of winning a meal for two at Slug & Lettuce.
